Teaching and learning in the programme:
This course is taught by leading academics as well as visiting practitioners including barristers who are engaged in private practice and in legal departments of major companies.
All modules are structured as 10 weekly two-hour seminars which comprise with both lectures as well as interactive tutorials.
All modules are supported by hard copy of books in the BAC International Study Centre’s library.
Assessment :
Assessment is by way of coursework which comprises 100% of the final mark in each module. Each module carries the same weight in terms of the overall qualification.
At the end of the regular courses,you will be allocated with a dedicated supervisor for your dissertation and he/she will help you develop a specific topic and provide support in terms of resources, content and structure.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should normally have achieved the following prior to registration for the programme: A minimum of a honours degree in law; or A minimum of a honours degree (in any subject) plus a Graduate Diploma in Law/Common Professional Exam; or Qualification as a solicitor or barrister (or other suitable professional qualification).
Applications are welcome from those with fewer or no formal qualifications assessed on a case by case basis. Any previous relevant work experience and learning will be assessed and, where appropriate, accredited as part of the application process.
For students whose first language is not English, a pass in an approved test in English is needed, e.g. the International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) at 6.0 as a minimum with no component below 5.5, or accepted equivalent test.
